Hello, we are Eric and Nerea, and today we are going to talk about our experience on the first day in the Erasmus project.

We began that day with energy at the airport, we were nervous to stay there and meet our host students. We all met around lunchtime, approximately, at one o'clock. Once we all got there, we started the process of checking in our bags and then saying goodbye to our families. It was a very difficult moment for some of us. 

Once we said goodbye to our families and passed the controls, we walked to the boarding gates to board the plane, and we stood in line until the moment to get on the plane.
When we arrived inside, we sat on our seats. The flight lasted 1 hour. It was so quiet for all and short... when we least expect it, we were already there. When we lend we were all nervous about meeting our host families, although this feeling didn't last too much since the families were very welcoming.

Each one went to the shelter that corresponds to us. We arrived home exhausted and once there, we all spoke with the families about our trip, or they made questions about us. We ate an excellent Italian food, we gave thanks to the families for the dinner. Finally, we went to sleep, looking forward to the following day.

Hello, I'm Gerard. I'm going to explain you our second day in Torino. Yesterday, we met our host families for the following week. It was great.
Personally, I’m happy since I woke up at a quarter to seven because the house is near the school. I also had breakfast with the father and the son. Finally, I have got dressed, then we went to the school by car.
Hi, my name is Paula and I also want to explain what I have done this morning. Today, I woke up at half past six because my host family lives far from the secondary school. We had to take two buses to get there.
When we arrived there, the dimensions of the building surprised us a lot because it is enormous and the auditorium is huge. There, we had a seminary about the importance of taking care of the planet and the issues caused by plastic on human health. After that, we were organized in groups of 8 students, mixing all nationalities, where we had to explain our opinion about the topic.
Later, it was the time to introduce ourselves. So, the eight students of INS Europa made a presentation of our secondary school and our commitment to the environment. Furthermore, we showed the research about recycling that we did in Spain to the other countries which are Portugal, Finland, Poland, Turkey and Italy. 
In the afternoon we visited the city centre of Turin accompanied by the host students. We saw different important monuments of the city such as the Royal Palace or the Piazza Castello. Ending up, we came back home and have dinner at 8 p.m.

Quantes vegades utilitzem la paraula tecnologia? I, quan ho fem, a què ens referim? Normalment, l’associem a complicats aparells electrònics, eines sofisticades, construccions impossibles o solucions quasi miraculoses...

Aquesta ha estat la pregunta que han hagut de respondre els alumnes de 2n de Batxillerat Tecnològic. Un petit exercici d’investigació i de reflexió personal de com la humanitat ha passat de la pedra a l’iPhone.

L’activitat té com a objectiu superar la visió “utilitarista” i molt superficial de la tecnologia i veure l’impacte que produeixen en la societat tots aquests invents, solucions i descobriments en molts àmbits de la vida. Han presentat invents clau, argumentant com han influït en la societat i els canvis provocats. Una reflexió i recerca per entendre millor el nostre s. XXI.
